Refund policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Timeframe: You have 10 days from the delivery date to request a return.
  • Condition: Items must be in new, unused condition with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact. Returned items that are damaged, worn, or altered will not be accepted.
  • Non-Returnable Items: The following are not eligible for return:
    • Personalized or custom-made products
    • Final sale or clearance items
    • Perishable goods or items with a limited shelf life
    • Items explicitly marked as “non-returnable” at the time of purchase

2. How to Initiate a Return

  • Contact Us: Within the 10-day return window, please email our Customer Service team at Mark@BrinyAngler.com or call us at 864-576-4010 with your order number and reason for return.
  • Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA): Our team will issue you an RMA number along with detailed instructions for returning your item.
  • Packaging: Please securely repackage the item in its original packaging along with any accessories, documentation, or proof of purchase.

3. Return Shipping

  • Customer Responsibility: Unless the item is defective or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Defective/Incorrect Items: If the return is due to a defect or an error on our part, we will provide a prepaid return label.

4. Refund and Exchange Process

  • Inspection: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item to confirm it meets the return criteria.
  • Refund Method:
    • If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
    • Alternatively, you may choose to receive store credit or an exchange for a different product. Please indicate your preference when initiating the return.
  • Non-Approval: If the returned item does not meet our conditions, we will notify you, and the item will be returned at your expense.
